01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and aqjl ("aqjl," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the aqjl online gaming platform accessible at aqjl.org and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

aqjl reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide not less than seven (7) days' advance notice via registered email address or prominent in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use aqjl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. aqjl strictly enforces this age restriction and will request government-issued identification to verify age.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ascertain the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of aqjl, or an immediate family member of such a person, without prior written consent from aqjl management.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from aqjl or any affiliated platform, or be subject to any active exclusion order under Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Philippines.

03 Account Registration and Security

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on the aqjl Platform. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, address, device fingerprint, payment method, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. aqjl will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account — aqjl strongly recommends this for all players.
• Notify aqjl customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.

aqjl reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Accepted documents include a valid Philippine passport, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), PhilSys national ID, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or PRC license. Proof of address and source of funds documentation may also be required for higher-tier verification.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the aqjl Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). aqjl supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, Metrobank online banking, and USDT cryptocurrency.

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit screen within your account. GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed in real time subject to provider availability. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation from the respective bank. aqjl does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed during operational hours. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals submitted before 9:00 PM PHT on business days are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals submitted before 5:00 PM PHT on business days are processed within the same business day. aqjl reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or pending KYC verification.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have been previously used to make a deposit on the account (same-source rule).
• Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending identity verification or AML (Anti-Money Laundering) review. aqjl will communicate the reason and expected timeline for any such hold.
• aqjl is required to report certain transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act and its implementing rules.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account's cashier section and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

aqjl offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the applicable promotion and the following general bonus terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live table games such as baccarat, roulette, and blackjack may contribute a lower percentage. The exact contribution table is available in the Promotions section of your account.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance without replacement.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Withdrawal Before Wagering: If you choose to withdraw real-money funds before completing the wagering requirements on an active bonus, aqjl reserves the right to deduct the full bonus amount and any associated winnings before processing the withdrawal.
• Abuse Prevention: aqjl actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or use of automated betting systems. Accounts found to be abusing promotional offers will be subject to bonus cancellation, account suspension, and in serious cases, fund forfeiture.

06 Gameplay Rules

Each game available on the aqjl Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure during gameplay, aqjl reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount to the player's account balance. Payouts generated from a clearly erroneous result caused by a malfunction are not valid and will not be honored.

Disconnection Policy: If a player is disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, aqjl's system will complete the round according to the game's standard rules. Reconnecting to the Platform will display the result of the completed round. aqjl is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection caused by factors outside our control, including internet service interruptions on the player's side.

Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. aqjl reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual players or tables at any time, with or without prior notice, in the exercise of its risk management discretion.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aqjl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the minimum age of 21 years.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner not consistent with genuine human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform infrastructure. Any bugs discovered must be reported to aqjl support immediately.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity in violation of Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing toward aqjl staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the aqjl Platform — including but not limited to the aqjl brand name and logo, website design, game graphics and animations, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of aqjl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorization from aqjl.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any aqjl trademarks, brand names, or logos in any manner that could cause confusion or suggest affiliation without written consent.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of aqjl's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may result in legal action for damages and injunctive relief.

09 Privacy and Data Protection

aqjl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

aqjl complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and all applicable implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Your personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and for specified, legitimate purposes only.

aqjl may share your personal data with third parties where required by law, including disclosure to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and Philippine law enforcement authorities pursuant to their lawful authority. We do not sell your personal data to commercial third parties.

10 Responsible Gaming

aqjl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. Gambling is intended solely as a form of entertainment and must not be treated as a source of income or a method to recover financial losses.

aqjl provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit into your aqjl account.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session duration reminders to track how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account's betting access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account's access to real-money gambling. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the elected exclusion period.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic on-screen notifications of your net wins, losses, and time spent in the current session.

If you believe you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, we urge you to seek help immediately. aqjl enforces the 21+ age requirement absolutely — any player suspected of being under 21 years of age will have their account suspended pending age verification, and any winnings accrued during the period of suspected underage play will be withheld pending investigation.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aqjl's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your aqjl account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aqjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if aqjl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

aqjl does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and third-party infrastructure failures may cause temporary unavailability. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

12 Account Termination and Suspension

aqjl reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms.
• Your account activity poses a risk of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Continuation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting aqjl customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method.

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure, regardless of whether the closure is voluntary or initiated by aqjl.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Internal Dispute Resolution: In the first instance, any dispute relating to your account, a game outcome, a transaction, or the application of these Terms should be submitted to aqjl customer support via live chat or email. aqjl will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 7 business days.

Escalation: If you are not satisfied with aqjl's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) through their official regulatory channels. aqjl fully cooperates with PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes.

Any legal proceedings not resolved through the above processes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts situated in Metro Manila, Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.
